A fun story, and I love how you do different voices for different characters (or animals in this case). I also love that Streaky’s super-powers are temporary, although, in later stories, they seemed to become permanent, at least until Streaky eventually disappeared from the stories. I’m guessing you’re correct in thinking which of Supergirl’s super-pets is my favorite. Yeah, that storyline is exceptionally bonkers, to the point that, when I’ve explained it to non-comic-reading friends, I have to begin with “Strap in. This is truly crazy!”
The letters in this issue do have some thoughtful questions from young readers, which reminds me how much I enjoyed reading the letter columns because they were often a mix of really smart comment and questions with really lame ones (which often elicited sarcastic replies from the editor).
Thank you for this podcast and all the fun it brings, and bravo for your comment that “They are not dolls. They are action figures.”
