Good to hear another Captain Marvel adventure! Thank you. I also enjoyed the piece on Ibis the Invincible. His physical description (Tuxedo and turban) makes him sound a bit like Sargon the Sorcerer.
Sargon seems to have been the inspiration for a plethora of magic characters in this era.
